The data controller for the personal data of clients and stakeholders of the company: P.H.U. Auto-Mat Michał Wspaniały, in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, referred to as the GDPR, is Michał Wspaniały, a sole proprietor operating under the name P.H.U. Client data is processed based on:

  1. Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, which states that:Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.

and

  1. Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, which states that:Processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child.

Basis 1 pertains to the processing of clients’ data related to the execution of the contract (service delivery), while Basis 2 pertains to the processing of data related to the company’s legitimate interest, namely the care for the quality of services provided.

P.H.U. Auto-Mat Michał Wspaniały, in the interest of its clients, does not collect excessive data. The data typically collected for service execution [and contact for service execution – based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR] are: name, surname, and phone number or email address provided to us.

Image data, on the other hand, can only be processed based on given consent, that is, under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

Personal data of clients are not disclosed to anyone (with the obvious exception of entities authorized under national or EU law, e.g., police, prosecutor, court, etc., if such a need arises and appropriate institutions request the transfer of such personal data).

Personal data provided in connection with the use of telecommunication technologies may additionally be processed by email providers, internet service providers, mobile network operators – this is necessary for electronic or telephone contact and is based on separate legal grounds, independent of the operations of P.H.U. Auto-Mat Michał Wspaniały.

Personal data is stored for the purpose of service execution and is deleted no later than one year after the service is performed.

Upon the request of the interested party, we can delete the collected data (“right to be forgotten”) earlier. The interested party also has the right to access and edit their personal data.

Personal data of clients are not used for marketing purposes; they are used solely for contact purposes related to service execution and for the legitimate interest of the entity, as allowed by the GDPR.

P.H.U. Auto-Mat Michał Wspaniały does not conduct marketing using phone numbers or email addresses. We also do not send newsletters.

Providing data is voluntary. However, in many cases, it is essential for the execution of our services (see Article 6(1) of the GDPR).
